Our Visitation Plan outlines visitation guidelines in all areas of the home during the COVID-19 pandemic
Radiant Care’s Visitation Plan is consistent and aligned with the guidelines set out by the Ontario government. The visitation guidelines in all areas of the home are determined based on Ministry of Health, Ministry of Long-Term Care, and Public Health direction. Tabor Manor LTC 4th Floor COVID-19 outbreak has been declared over effective Monday, August 26.
Tabor Manor LTC 3rd Floor is currently in respiratory outbreak.
All visitors, including caregivers, must read Radiant Care’s Visitation Plan and adhere to all education, and screening requirements contained therein. The links to the required education are contained within the plan and are also listed below for quick reference.
Ensuring the safety of everyone is Radiant Care’s highest priority as Radiant Care continues to welcome visitors to Pleasant Manor and Tabor Manor.
