Our Visitation Plan outlines visitation guidelines in all areas of the home during the COVID-19 pandemic

Radiant Care’s Visitation Plan is consistent and aligned with the guidelines set out by the Ontario government. The visitation guidelines in all areas of the home are determined based on Ministry of Health, Ministry of Long-Term Care, and Public Health direction. No area of Radiant Care is in outbreak.

 

ViSITATION PLAN

Our Visitation Plan includes:

  • Resuming Visits During COVID-19 Policy and Plan (pages 1-13)
  • Appendix A: Infection Prevention & Control (IPAC) Information Package (pages 14-17)
  • Appendix B: Attestation, Waiver and Release (pages 18-19)

All visitors, including caregivers, must read Radiant Care’s Visitation Plan and adhere to all education, attestation, and screening requirements contained therein. The links to the required education are contained within the plan and are also listed below for quick reference.
