Visitation Plan November 26, 2020
Our Visitation Plan outlines visitation guidelines in all areas of the home during the COVID-19 pandemic

Radiant Care’s Visitation Plan is consistent and aligned with the guidelines set out by the Ontario government. The visitation guidelines in all areas of the home are determined based on government direction. Please click the link below to view our current Visitation Plan or contact our front office at Pleasant Manor or Tabor Manor to arrange to pick up a hard copy.
There is no area of Radiant Care that is in outbreak.
Our Visitation Plan includes:
- Resuming Visits During COVID-19 Policy and Plan (pages 1-13)
- Appendix A: Infection Prevention & Control (IPAC) Information Package (pages 14-17)
- Appendix B: Attestation, Waiver and Release (pages 18-19)
All visitors, including caregivers, must read Radiant Care’s Visitation Plan and adhere to all education, attestation, and screening requirements contained therein. The links to the required education are contained within the plan and are also listed below for quick reference.
Ensuring the safety of everyone is Radiant Care’s highest priority as Radiant Care continues to welcome visitors back to Pleasant Manor and Tabor Manor.
