Our Visitation Plan outlines visitation guidelines in all areas of the home during each level of Ontario’s COVID-19 Response Framework
Radiant Care’s Visitation Plan is consistent and aligned with the guidelines set out by the Ontario government. The visitation guidelines in all areas of the home are determined based on the public health measures level assigned to Niagara Region Public Health by the Ontario government. The Niagara Region is currently in grey “Lockdown”
NO area of Radiant Care is currently in outbreak.

Our Visitation Plan includes:

All visitors, including caregivers, must read Radiant Care’s Visitation Plan and adhere to all education, attestation, and screening requirements contained therein. The links to the required education are contained within the plan.
Ensuring the safety of everyone is Radiant Care’s highest priority as Radiant Care continues to welcome visitors back to Pleasant Manor and Tabor Manor.
