Radiant Care Tabor Manor Long-Term Care in COVID-19 Outbreak July 7, 2020
Our regular testing program at Radiant Care Tabor Manor has resulted in two Long-Term Care staff members testing positive for COVID-19. Those staff members are now in isolation.
Our regular testing program at Radiant Care Tabor Manor has resulted in two staff members testing positive for COVID-19. Those staff members are now in isolation. Public Health Ontario, our local Public Health Unit and the Chief Medical Officer of Ontario have been informed and Radiant Care Tabor Manor is working with them to identify any contacts those staff members may have made.
Regular testing continues, Radiant Care Tabor Manor has gone into lockdown and everything possible is being done to minimize the risk of infection to residents and staff.
Regrettably, visits for Radiant Care Tabor Manor long-term care residents will not be possible until further notice.
We shall issue a daily update to keep residents, families, staff and other stakeholders informed.

Please note that this outbreak is in the long-term care home and does not affect Radiant Care Tabor Manor’s apartments and wellness suites. The outbreak is only at Radiant Care Tabor Manor and does not impact Radiant Care Pleasant Manor.
UPDATE: On July 30, 2020, the outbreak was declared over, with no further COVID-19 cases beyond the original two staff cases. See the post below:
