We are pleased to announce that the outbreak in Radiant Care Tabor Manor’s Long-Term Care Home has been declared over! No part of Radiant Care is in outbreak.
Thank you to our highly dedicated staff for containing the outbreak and for continuing to show up for your shifts and provide excellent care throughout the outbreak!
Visits with Tabor Manor long-term care residents will resume on Monday, August 3, and may again be scheduled through our Therapeutic Recreation Supervisor, in accordance with our updated Visitation Plan:
