The direct impact of our Property Division is to keep our buildings and property in top shape and functioning properly.
The maintenance team thanks everyone for cooperating in reporting issues to the office. The diligent efforts of the people who live at the homes help us track and respond to maintenance issues more efficiently when the office enters work orders into the system.
We are grateful for all the comments and suggestions provided on our annual satisfaction survey, which help us adjust and improve our routine maintenance schedules, and budget to make changes to different areas of the property.
The landscaping of our properties is always an ongoing process. We have many projects planned to upgrade the outside appearance in the upcoming 2024 spring and summer season, all part of our 3-Year Property Enhancement Plan approved by the Board.
