The direct impact of our Long-Term Care homes is to provide 24-hour supervision and care to seniors who are no longer able to live in their own homes.

Nursing and PSW staff are committed to ensuring all residents receive high-quality medical and personal care using Clinical Pathways and evidenced-based tools, thereby fulfilling our homes’ mission.

The dining experience for our residents is more than just about eating, but an experience. We create a sense of belonging and develop social connections between residents and staff during mealtimes, where residents are provided choices and maintain many of their mealtime traditions.

New technologies have revolutionized housekeeping and laundry operations, making them more efficient and hygienic. Evidence-based practices, including colour-coded microfiber cloths, standardized cleaning chemicals, high-efficiency machines, and high-quality linens, have been incorporated to increase cleanliness ratings and reduce infections, leading to fewer outbreaks and isolations.

Our residents are directly impacted by a wide range and volume of life and purpose-affirming activities and programs, tailored to enhance the social, physical, emotional cognitive, and spiritual well-being of our residents.
