The impact of our housing on our tenants is realized through refreshed, contemporary décor, barrier-free design, modest rent rates, compared to the broader market, and a community to call home.
In 2020 we embarked on an apartment retrofit project to provide a brighter, more modern, open-concept unit to meet the needs of our seniors today, and the seniors of tomorrow.
Renovations are costly, and for this project to be sustainable and viable for years to come, our Board has adopted a contemporary, yet modest rent structure designed to meet the needs and desires of our existing tenants and future generations.
Through this work, we continue to be a leader in senior housing and support services in Niagara.
