Spiritual Care Workshop September 30, 2026

Join us for our annual Spiritual Care Workshop where we will explore the role of spiritual care in challenging situations.

We often care for people with the expectation that things will get better. But when positive outcomes are unlikely, we question our own efficacy and even the grace of God.

Our workshop will include discussion on the challenges caregivers face and strategies for coping while caring for our loved ones.

Session One  
Laura Mullet-Koop (Registered Psychotherapist, Spiritual Care Practitioner, and Spiritual Director) will share from her experience and education, a biblical and theological understanding of hopelessness to ground us for the practical application of care.

Session Two
Jody Keeso (Registered Social Worker, IFS-I Approved Clinical Consultant, EMDR Approved Consultant, and Executive Director/Owner of the Play Clinic) will offer practical applications and approaches in how we care.
