Volunteer Appreciation May 6, 2025

Volunteers are vital to our Radiant Care community, giving their time and energy selflessly.

This year, a growing roster of Radiant Care volunteers have contributed to the warm and vibrant atmosphere in our homes. Weekly chapels, cafes, psychosocial activities, spiritual care visits, mealtime assistance, and musical presentations have been facilitated by many willing volunteers. We are grateful for the retired adults, university students, and teams from local churches, schools, and homeschool networks who have partnered with us to serve our residents and tenants in ways that are making a difference.

This month, we hosted Volunteer Appreciation Luncheons for 48 volunteers at Tabor Manor, and 27 volunteers at Pleasant Manor. The age of our volunteers in attendance ranged from 20 to 90. Our gatherings included delicious catered meals from Antipastos, words of thanks and blessing from CEO Tim Siemens, inspiring songs and stories, gifts of flowers, and plenty of laughter.

We are truly blessed to have so many amazing volunteers that make a difference in our Radiant Care community!
